You can also email your query and/or feedback about the service to workforcerequests@health.govt.nz. Please include the make and model of your PC or phone, which operating system you’re running and, if your query relates to an issue you’re experiencing, a brief description of the issue.

The Workforce Requests portal allows you to sign up securely and create a Workforce Requests profile. Once you’ve signed up, you can:

log in securely and submit health workforce requests,

monitor the status of your submitted requests,

access approved documentation, an

communicate with Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora by portal messaging about your requests.
